These terms govern your use of CashPulse (cashpulse.tiater.se) and MarginBridge (marginbridge.tiater.se), operated by Tiater AB, registration number 559033-7639, Viborgsslingan 22, 224 72 Lund, Sweden.
By signing in you accept them. If you do not, do not use the services.
CashPulse takes accounting exports you upload and helps you build a cash-flow forecast and a company valuation from them. MarginBridge takes an ERP export and decomposes changes in revenue and margin between two periods.
Both are analysis tools. They calculate from figures you provide. They are not accounting software, not a book of record, and not a substitute for your accounting system.
Accounts are created by us at your request. There is no self-service registration and no self-service password reset — email teriksson.home@gmail.com if you are locked out or need a colleague added.
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what is done under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
In CashPulse each customer's data sits in a separate workspace. You can see your own workspace and nothing else.
You keep all rights in everything you upload or enter. We claim no ownership of it and we do not use it for anything other than running the service for you. We do not use it to train models, and we do not share it with anyone.
You can export your data at any time from within the application.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload — including, where it contains information about employees or other people, having a lawful basis for doing so.
If you find a security problem, tell us rather than exploiting it. We will treat a report made in good faith as help, not as an attack.
We do not promise the services will be available at any particular time. They run on a single server and we do not operate a 24-hour support desk. We may take them down for maintenance, usually without notice.
We keep daily backups, including copies held away from the server, and we test that they can be restored. That is not the same as a guarantee against data loss. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — your accounting system remains the authoritative record of your figures.
Forecasts, valuations and bridge analyses are calculated from the figures and assumptions you supply. They are estimates. They are not financial advice, investment advice, an audit opinion, or a valuation prepared to any professional standard.
Do not rely on them alone for a decision that matters. Check them, and take professional advice where the decision warrants it. Where the output is wrong because the inputs or assumptions were wrong, that is not something we can be responsible for.
Where a service is provided free of charge, we may begin charging for it, but not without telling you in advance and giving you the chance to export your data and stop using it.
Where fees have been agreed separately in writing, those terms apply alongside these.
You may stop using the services at any time and ask us to close your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we discontinue a service. Except where a breach makes it impractical, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data first.
On closure, your live data is deleted. Backup copies containing it are removed by rotation within 60 days. This is set out in full in the privacy policy.
The services are provided as they are. To the extent Swedish law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost business, or losses arising from a decision taken on the basis of the services' output.
Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or SEK 10,000 where no fees have been paid.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or personal injury.
If you are using these services as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, mandatory Swedish consumer protection law applies and takes precedence over anything in this section that conflicts with it.
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Where you upload information about identifiable people, you are the controller of that information and we process it on your behalf. We will enter into a written data processing agreement on request.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Where a change materially affects you we will contact account holders directly before it takes effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with Lund District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
